Valmet’s Tissue Technology Award is granted to university students, researchers or doctoral students who contribute with new and innovative ideas that enables a sustainable tissue production process fit for the future. The prize sum of $25,000 is awarded to further develop an idea, or as a reward for a complete work with outstanding results.
The Tissue Technology Award was established in year 2012. Next winner will be presented in May 2018 in conjunction with Valmet’s Tissue Making Conference in Karlstad, Sweden.
Apply before December 1st 2017
Don’t miss out. Apply for the Tissue Technology Award by emitting your thesis to Valmet by December 1st 2017. Share your ideas on how to progress the use of energy, water, fiber and chemicals, or how to reduce emissions or improve waste product handling at paper mills. You might be rewarded.
