Third-Cycle Courses

Save favourite 19 Dec December 2016

The third-cycle courses are an important part of third-cycle education. The faculty offers both faculty-wide courses, which are open to all doctoral students, and courses that are based on the demands of the individual subjects.

The subjects and faculty regularly arrange third-cycle courses. Here you will find information about the current courses (in Swedish and English)!

Third-cycle courses are established by the research faculty. After they have made their decision, a completed form is submitted to the Faculty Office to be journalized and registered in Ladok.

The examiner of the third-cycle courses at Mid Sweden University informs the Faculty Office of the course result for registration in Ladok.

Decisions on individual study courses are made by the research faculty. After they have made their decision, the documentation is submitted to the Faculty Office so that it can be journalized and the results can be registered in Ladok.

Decisions on credit transfers from third-cycle courses that have been completed at other higher education institutions are made by the research faculty. After they have made their decision, the documentation is submitted to the Faculty Office so that it can be journalized and the results can be registered in Ladok.

Course Syllabuses for Third-Cycle Courses can be found in Atlas, Mid Sweden University's Syllabus database. If you cannot find the syllabus you are looking for please contact Maria Evans, Faculty Office.
