Via the service portal will you as an employee in contact with several of the university's support functions, such as janitors, library, helpdesk and service centers.
The Service Portal, you can get help with computer, cell phone, notify the VAB or booking facilities. In the menu on the right you can see what features you come in contact with through the Service Portal. You will find no suitable case type, select "Other".
