Predatory publishing is a growing phenomenon in the academic publishing. There is no exactly definition of a predatory publisher, however you can describe them as publishers who charge a fee (APC) for publishing your article without offering sufficient peer review and editing. Predatory publishers often contact potential authors via email to encourage publication and invite to different academic conferences.
