Important report problems with Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect has worked well for some time now, but recently, we have noticed interruptions in breakout rooms. It is imortant that you report every problem you have with Adobe Connect so they can be solved.

Adobe Connect has worked well for some time now, but recently, we have noticed interruptions in breakout rooms. SUNET/NORDUnet has started an investigation to solve this problem. In order for SUNET and us to get an idea of the dimension of the interruptions, we would like to ask you to report all problems in Adobe Connect to kontakt@miun.se. The following information is needed when reporting a problem:
    
1. Which meeting room was used (address of the meeting room: https://connect.sunet.se/xxxxxx )?
2. At what time did the problem occur (date and time)?
3. Which client/browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.) and which operating system (Windows 7, Windows other version, Mac OS version etc.) were used?

4. Which version of the add-in was used? Can be found in Adobe Connect under Help -> About Adobe Connect (please state also if add-ins were not used)

5. What type of interruption was observed?
